We don’t live in West Hartford, CT - will you still come to our home?

Yes! We travel all over, and have clients in every county in Connecticut. We go to Hartford, Glastonbury, Bloomfield, South Windsor, Granby, Avon, Farmington, Simsbury, Rocky Hill, Colchester, Berlin, Newington, Wethersfield, Madison, New Haven, Darien, and your town!

We don’t live in Palm Springs, CA year round - we are seasonal residents - can you still help us?

Yes! In addition to providing dog training in the Los Angeles, Agoura HIlls, Malibu, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Santa Barbara areas, we are available to you year round in Palm Springs and throughout the Coachella Valley.                                                             When appropriate, behavior counseling via Skype or Facetime is also available nationwide.

We took our last dog to a group class and only one person could participate - can my whole family be involved in the training?

Absolutely. Because the training takes place in your home, it will be convenient for all family members to attend. This is encouraged so that everyone in your “pack” is consistent.

I have a little dog - do you only train big dogs?

No, we train all sizes, all ages, and all breeds of dogs!

I’m pretty sure our dog thinks that HE is the pack leader. Will regular training help us change his mind?

Because all of our clients are individuals, each training program is tailored to your needs. Leadership counseling is a big part of learning how to achieve, and maintain, a successful relationship with your dog.

I see you have 2 locations - will I be able to work with the same trainer every time?

Yes! To ensure the best, most consistent dog training experience possible, all training lessons are done personally by Jena Weiss. Jena travels to accommodate her clients.

We just adopted a 7 year old dog and we love him, but he seems to have a few behavior problems. Is he too old for training?

No. It is never too late to work on problem behaviors. With the right training, behavior modification, and consistency he can become a well mannered member of your family.

My dog still has accidents and is NOT housebroken! Can you help me with that?

Of course. In addition to obedience training, we will help you to eliminate any unwanted problem behaviors.

“You can have the dog you thought you brought home.”
